Payment options 

Visa and MasterCard

  • Payment of the order online with a Visa and MasterCard bank card through the LiqPay, Privat24, Apple Pay, Google Pay system.
  • Please note that with this payment method, product delivery is possible only after payment confirmation .

Current account

  • Payment of the order using bank details, which will be provided to you by the manager after confirming the order

Payment in installments/Credit

  • A loan without overpayments, which makes it possible to purchase goods now, within the limit set by the bank, and to pay in equal installments over several months.
  • Please note that with this payment method, product delivery is possible only after payment confirmation .

Delivery methods in Ukraine :

  • own transport “FinSpa”;
  • “New mail”;
  • pickup from warehouse.




FinSpa official guarantee:

  • 12 months – for the product as a whole;
  • 36 months – for the integrity and tightness of the composite font.

Before you start using our equipment, we strongly recommend that you read the instructions. The instruction manual contains all the necessary information for the use and maintenance requirements of our hot tubs. Use the product only for its intended purpose.

In the event of a warranty event, we will eliminate defects and replace parts (assemblies) that have failed due to the fault of the manufacturer during the entire period.

To ensure the repair, the client provides :

  • warranty card;
  • sales receipt;
  • photographic fixation of a part malfunction;
  • product model.

The buyer delivers the goods to our Service Center by his own transport.

We also provide the opportunity for our specialist to visit for the repair of large-sized products, as well as the arrival of an employee in the regions. Departure is carried out at the expense of the Customer (payment of travel expenses).

If on-site repair is not possible, the transportation of the goods to our Service Center and travel expenses shall be paid by the Buyer.

The warranty does not apply if :

  • violation of the instructions for installation and operation;
  • the product was not used for its intended purpose;
  • mechanical damage is present;
  • structural changes have been made or parts not specified by the manufacturer have been installed;
  • repair was carried out without our specialists.
