The Elbrus “FinSpa” wood-fired bath is equipped with an octagonal spa measuring 1.8 m * 1.8 m * 1.1 m, which can accommodate 6-8 people at the same time. This is an innovative analogue of the Carpathian vat, which is equipped with a composite firewood firewood sheathed with wood (lining, thermal lining or thermal ash). Each client can choose the complete set himself, for some, the color and type of wood is important, for others, a more powerful wood-fired boiler and a thermal cover to speed up water heating are crucial. The tank can be supplemented with lighting, aero-/hydromassage, filtration and accessories.

Advantages of a wood-fired composite tank:

  • pickup from warehouse.

Guarantee

ATTENTION!

FinSpa official guarantee:

  • 12 months - for the product as a whole;
  • 10 years - for the integrity and tightness of the composite font.

Before you start using our equipment, we strongly recommend that you read the instructions. The instruction manual contains all the necessary information for the use and maintenance requirements of our hot tubs. Use the product only for its intended purpose.

In the event of a warranty event, we will eliminate defects and replace parts (assemblies) that have failed due to the fault of the manufacturer during the entire period.

To ensure the repair, the client provides :

  • warranty card;
  • sales receipt;
  • photographic fixation of a part malfunction;
  • product model.

The buyer delivers the goods to our Service Center by his own transport.

We also provide the opportunity for our specialist to visit for the repair of large-sized products, as well as the arrival of an employee in the regions. Departure is carried out at the expense of the Customer (payment of travel expenses).

If on-site repair is not possible, the transportation of the goods to our Service Center and travel expenses shall be paid by the Buyer.

The warranty does not apply if :

  • violation of the instructions for installation and operation;
  • the product was not used for its intended purpose;
  • mechanical damage is present;
  • structural changes have been made or parts not specified by the manufacturer have been installed;
  • repair was carried out without our specialists.
