In the event of a warranty event, we will eliminate defects and replace parts (assemblies) that have failed due to the fault of the manufacturer during the entire period.

To ensure the repair, the client provides :

warranty card;
sales receipt;
photographic fixation of a part malfunction;
product model.

The buyer delivers the goods to our Service Center by his own transport.

We also provide the opportunity for our specialist to visit for the repair of large-sized products, as well as the arrival of an employee in the regions. Departure is carried out at the expense of the Customer (payment of travel expenses).

If on-site repair is not possible, the transportation of the goods to our Service Center and travel expenses shall be paid by the Buyer.

The warranty does not apply if :

violation of the instructions for installation and operation;
the product was not used for its intended purpose;
mechanical damage is present;
structural changes have been made or parts not specified by the manufacturer have been installed;
repair was carried out without our specialists.
